Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, shipment processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay in dispatching their order.

Shipping Coverage

Manjari Organics currently ships products across India. We strive to deliver orders to most serviceable PIN codes through our trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing tracking details. Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at organicmanjari@gmail.com with your order details.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at organicmanjari@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Manjari Organics is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
