Refund & Return Policy

At Manjari Organics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and accessories, if any.
• Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Plants, seeds, and other perishable goods
• Customized or personalized products
• Opened or used products
• Gift cards
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your request.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• The refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
